We're trying to use the License Tracker to set an expiry date for a license key. When we open the Set Authentication Limits window, the Expiry Date option is grayed out.
This was happening in v6.1.3, so we updated to v6.2.0 (including the DB update), but the issue remains.
We're using Azure to host a SQL Server database, and we have other licenses with expiry dates (we've used this feature successfully in the past), but we can't seem to edit any of them. |

The reason the expiry date is disabled is because the Backward Compatibility setting for the Product is set to earlier than Version 5.8. If you are sure that your distributed application is compiled against Version 5.8 (or later) than you can change this option in the Product and this will enable you to set expiry dates.
Note that if customers are still trying to install licenses for earlier versions of your application, compiled against earlier versions of ILS, then changing this setting may mean that those customers are no longer able to authenticate and install licenses. _________________ Infralution Support |

Thanks. We started with v5.10, so that should be fine. |
