Can I somehow disable this feature that Globalizer extracts Resources from XAML files into resx files? If I turn of WPF "XAML Localization Method" nothing seems to happen...

Is it possible to import a .GXL file via command line with options:
- languages to import
- overwrite existing translations
- etc.
