For some of the properties we have long comments in the invariant resx to explain to the translator what to do. Globalizer does not word wrap the comments so people can only see the first 5 or 6 words ...

It is always disabled no matter what I do - it has a box for Invariant, one for Translation, and some buttons across the top. But it's always disabled.

ps - on the exception when bringing up the form - yes it was code being passed as parameter that would never happen in normal operation. I check the string length now.

It's definitely not (1) and it's very unlikely I did (2) - you may want to test if Resources.resx is move to the Properties folder.
